NON-SURGICAL HAIRLOSS SOLUTIONS IN MIAMI
What is Miami Scalp Micropigmentation For Men (SMP)?
Scalp micropigmentation (commonly referred to as SMP) is a non-surgical solution for balding/thinning for men. It is the fastest growing, most cost effective and safe alternative to hair transplant surgery.
A lot of men suffer with hair loss or more specifically male pattern baldness. Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent male pattern baldness as it is usually genetic. However, scalp micropigmentation can camouflage hair loss giving you a natural looking full head of cropped hair.Scalp Micropigmentation is for men with:
- Thinning hair who want to fill in areas and achieve a fuller/thicker look.
- Transplant surgery scars or head scars that they want to cover up.
- More advanced stages of balding and want a clean-cut, well-groomed style that looks like you just came out of the barber shop, all the time.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Got any questions about whether Scalp Micropigmentation is for you? Here are some of our frequently asked questions to help you out…
Scalp micropigmentation is classed as a permanent cosmetic treatment. Although the results are permanent, they will fade over the years for many reasons. As long as aftercare is followed correctly there should be no reason for premature fading.
Most clients can expect between 2-4 sessions to complete their treatment depending on the extent of hair loss or scarring. These treatments are usually spaced about 10-20 days apart.
Most people who have had scalp micropigmentation report minimal pain. Hair tattoos are less painful than body tattoos. And unlike some other hair loss procedures, patients will not feel pain after having scalp micropigmentation. Some soreness is to be expected, but the pain of this procedure is very little.
